While his education background is from International Business Management who is parallelly reading for CIM, his core competencies are towards strategic planning, marketing, sales and customer communication. He also excels in the crucial ability in understanding and translating customer requirements. His great ability to solve problems with an innovative out of the box approach would be one of his key strengths.
Yeshan is a passionate believer in the ethics of project management and is quite comfortable in being an engaging participant in the workflows as well as strategic planning.
Away from a work setting, while his interests are diverse, Yeshan finds solace in being a Public speaker that inspires the Youth in Sri Lanka, a start up business consultant, a sports person and traveling for pleasure.
